Our commitment to enhance the education and well-being of women and their families, the UBCF partners with Dress for Success^® to provide the tools and programs that build the confidence, skills and knowledge that help women thrive. We also support Save the Children^®, which has transformed the lives of children for more than 100 years. And beyond countless volunteer hours, our associates can enroll in our payroll deduction program to donate a flat dollar amount per paycheck to support local nonprofits and our Associate Relief Program (ARP).

The work the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) is doing is critical to advance the world’s most-promising research to find an end to breast cancer. Thanks to the generosity of our associates, business partners and guests, we are proud of the more than $33 million we have raised for BCRF since our partnership began in 2009. This year we are funding 25 researchers aimed at eradicating, preventing or treating breast cancer.

As part of the UBCF, we have instituted an Associate Relief Program to assist associates facing unforeseen financial hardship. Whether due to the devastating impacts of natural disasters or serious illness, the ARP provides short-term financial support to pay off medical bills or support temporary housing, which can make a huge difference and fits perfectly with the UBCF mission to enhance the well-being of women and their families.

We also believe in giving back to local nonprofit organizations that fit within our mission to inspire women and their families to realize their full potential. Through our financial support, associate volunteerism, board leadership and product, we support areas like mentoring, early childhood education, school readiness and child care.
