As an ULTA Distribution Center Manager or Supervisor you will:
Manage all the activities of a specific department or function, ensuring that department work is scheduled and accomplished on time, accurately, and productively
Use strong leadership skills to make certain that training, performance management and associate motivation are provided to all staff, while building a team-based attitude
Ensure that best practices are adhered to, while identifying operational opportunities to develop improved methods and procedures
As an ULTA Material Handler you will:
Receive incoming merchandise
Pick and pack daily orders
Restock pick slots
Ensure that all shipment or audit activities are completed in a timely manner.
While knowledge of RF scanners and prior experience using material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors and powered pallet jacks is a definite plus, we will provide the necessary training to individuals who demonstrate the desire and ability to become productive members of our Team
